Mother’s Day Memorial
Join a special Mother's Day Memorial Service at Oak Hill Lawn Cemetery and Crematorium.
This service is open to the public and is an opportunity to honour and celebrate the lives of mothers and mother figures who are no longer with us, but who remain in our hearts and memories.
Visitors are welcome to light a candle, write a message, or post a card for their loved ones at dedicated areas within the cemetery. They can also take a flower to place on their loved one’s grave or take home, then they can enjoy some refreshments and soothing music as they reflect and remember.
The service is open to all, regardless of faith or belief, and there is no charge to attend. Visitors can come and go as they please between 11am and 12 noon.
