Father’s Day Memorial
Oak Hill Lawn Cemetery and Crematorium would like to invite you to join us and pay tribute for Father’s Day
Our Chapel doors will be open from 11am until 12pm, for a space to reflect.
In memory of your loved one, you will be able to light a candle, leave a personal message on our memorial tree and write a card to post in our post-box, located in our Jasmine Garden. Collect a flower and place it on your loved one’s memorial or resting place. These flowers can also be taken home. Join the Oak Hill Team for light refreshments.
For anyone unable to attend, our Bereavement team are onsite Monday to Saturday 9am - 4.30pm, should you wish to write a personal message or card. Our grounds will be open as usual throughout the day
