At Oak Hill and Hatfield Hyde we take great care to ensure a high quality and dignified service, you can book a full burial with us through your funeral director.
Send completed forms back to contact-whc@welhat.gov.uk at least three workings days* before.
If the burial is at the Oak Hill Lawn Cemetery you must also sign the Lawn Rules and Regulations and return it to us.
If the burial is at Hatfield Hyde and has a full memorial kerb set in place, please arrange for this be removed a minimum of three working days prior to the burial date.
If you do not supply all of the information requested we may have to cancel the booking.
*In some cases we may be able to offer a burial with less than three days notice but this is at our discretion.
