Oak Hill Chapel and Crematorium

Completed in 2023 our purpose built chapel offers a dignified setting for services to remember your loved ones.

The Chapel is a comforting and peaceful place which can cater for both religious and non-religious services.

It is furnished in soft greens and greys with beautiful wood panelling to create a calm and respectful space.

The main chapel looks out onto the reflection pond and gardens.

At the centre of the chapel lies the stone catafalque and lectern.

Facilities at the chapel

The design of chapel makes it perfect for intimate gatherings accommodating up to 146 seated guests (36 in the balcony seating area, 110 in main chapel on ground floor):

• additional ample standing room at the rear of the chapel and the waiting area.
• a state of the art audio visual (AV) system that means we are ideally equipped to also cater for larger services and anyone attending remotely
• large viewing screens with speakers throughout the chapel, in the waiting area and outside the chapel entrance
• an induction loop system  
• height adjustable and a portable lecturns available
• toilets with baby changing facilities are available.

Accessibility

We offer accessible facilities, the ground floor chapel and toilets have step free access. Disabled car parking spaces are available close to the chapel.

Service dogs are welcome.
